Workers termites readily ingest the bait and transfer it back to the colony nest to feed other termites.the solution is basically non-repellant to termites, in fact they wont even know it is there, so when they come into contact with the termiticide whether they brush their bodies on it or ingest it, they will be infected. Since termites live in a colony or nest, these infected termites will bring this poison back to their nest, this results in them infecting the rest of the colony providing a much more effective way of killing them and their Queen
