Having timber debris and especially cellulose based products stored in this way, is increasing the risk of termite attack to your property.
NOTE: GST and an additional Tipping Fee of $150 will be added to the above price. This is our base price for subfloor cleaning, but may change according to the amount of debris/rubble and the size of the subfloor.
